If your centre is not dental, use Medicolize
Dentolize runs dental practices. Medicolize runs medical ones. Same company, same engineering underneath, and a clinical record shaped around the course of treatment rather than around the tooth.
Why two products
Dentolize opens on the tooth chart. Everything in it — charting per tooth and surface, staged plans, lab cases, recalls — assumes dentistry is the whole of the practice, and it is the right shape for a practice where it is.
A centre running dermatology, physiotherapy or four departments at once does not want to choose a specialty before it charts. It wants the course of treatment to be the object the system is built around: sold once, drawn down per session, comparable across the block. That is Medicolize.
The parts nobody sees are the same in both — scheduling, invoicing, insurance, stock, payroll, permissions and the reporting over all of it — which is why both sit on the same engineering.
Which specialties it charts
Medicolize has a page for each one — dermatology, physiotherapy, plastic surgery, nutrition and twenty-nine others. If yours is among them, start on its page rather than on this one: it will tell you what the chart looks like for that specialty, which is the thing worth judging.
What both products share
Everything a clinic needs that has nothing to do with the specialty is the same system in both: appointments and rooms, invoicing and payments, insurance and claims, inventory, staff and payroll, CRM and WhatsApp automation, multi-branch management and the reporting across all of it.
That includes the regional parts that take the longest to build and are the easiest to get wrong — ZATCA phase two clearance in Saudi Arabia, NPHIES for insurance, and a full Arabic interface with right-to-left invoices and patient messages.
It also means a group running both a dental clinic and an aesthetic one is dealing with one company, one support team and one set of conventions, rather than two vendors who blame each other.
See Medicolize
Medicolize has its own site, its own demo and its own team. If your clinic is medical rather than dental, that is the right place to start.

It is not about what you are recording, it is about what the centre runs. If dentistry is the whole of it — including a dental group with several branches — you are already in the right place.
If the centre also runs anything else alongside dentistry, Medicolize is the fit: every specialty on one patient record rather than two systems side by side. Same team behind both, so ask us and we will tell you which way makes sense for how you are organised.
