Privacy policy
This notice describes how Dentolize Inc. collects, uses and protects your information when you use our services. Reading it will help you understand your rights and choices.
Summary of key points
This summary gives the key points. The sections below cover each of them in full.
What personal information do we process?
When you visit, use or navigate our services we may process personal information depending on how you interact with Dentolize Inc. and the services, the choices you make, and the features you use.
Do we process sensitive personal information?
We do not process sensitive personal information.
Do we receive information from third parties?
We do not buy or receive personal information from data brokers or similar sources. We do receive measurement data from Google about how this website is used, which is described under Cookies and analytics below.
How do we process your information?
We process your information to provide, improve and administer our services, to communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process it for other purposes with your consent.
Who do we share personal information with?
We may share information in specific situations and with specific third parties, such as the service providers who help us operate the platform.
How do we keep your information safe?
We have organisational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. No electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise that hackers, cybercriminals or other unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat our security.

Cookies and analytics
This section covers this website only. It has nothing to do with the Dentolize application a clinic logs into, which is covered under Clinic data and patient records below and sets no advertising or analytics cookies at all.
What runs on this site
Google Tag Manager, which loads the two tags below and nothing else.
Google Analytics 4, so we can see which pages are read, which are ignored, and where people give up. This is how we decide what to write and what to fix.
Google Ads conversion tracking, so that when we pay for a click we can tell whether it led to a demo request. We do not run remarketing and we do not build advertising audiences from this site.
What is collected
Pages viewed and the order they were viewed in, how long was spent, and the link or search that brought you here.
Your device type, browser, screen size and language.
An approximate location — country and usually city — which Google derives from your IP address. Google does not store that IP address or make it available to us.
Whether you submitted the demo form. The contents of the form are not sent to Google; only the fact that it was submitted.
The cookies this sets
_ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, set by Google Analytics to tell one visitor from another and to hold the current session. They expire after two years.
_gcl_au, set by Google Ads to connect an advertisement click to a demo request. It expires after ninety days.
These are the only cookies this website sets. There is no advertising network, no social media pixel and no session recording.
If you would rather not
Refusing or deleting cookies in your browser settings stops all of it, and nothing on this site stops working without them.
Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Most browsers can block third-party scripts or send a Do Not Track signal, and either will prevent these tags from loading.
Who else sees it
Google, as the provider of these services, processes this data on our behalf under their own terms. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell it and we never will.
Clinic data and patient records
Where a dental clinic uses Dentolize to manage its own patients, the clinic is the controller of those patient records and Dentolize acts as a processor on the clinic’s instructions. We do not use clinic patient data for our own purposes.
Patient records, images and invoices are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access within a clinic is controlled by the permission groups that clinic configures.
Every change to a record is written to an audit log showing the user, the branch and the time, which is available to the clinic.
