Dental treatment plan generator

Pick the teeth on the chart, add what each one needs, and print the plan the patient takes home: in phases, priced, with the teeth marked, on your letterhead in Arabic or English.

How to use it

  1. Pick the teeth on the chart

FDI numbering by default, Universal or Palmer if you prefer, for an adult, a child or mixed dentition. Tap every tooth that needs the same treatment.

  2. Add the procedure and its phase

Choose from the dental list or type your own. Per-tooth work counts the teeth for you, and the price you type is offered again next time.

  3. Set the phases, payment and terms

Rename the phases, take a deposit, spread the balance over the phases or by date, and enter the insurance estimate if there is one.

  4. Download the PDF

Choose a design, then Download PDF and Save as PDF. The patient ticks the phases they accept and signs.

How to present a plan the patient says yes to

Start from the problem, not the list of procedures. “Tooth 36 has decay that has reached the nerve” is something a patient can decide on; “RCT, post and core, zirconia crown” is not. Write the diagnosis at the top and let the chart show where it is: the patient sees their own mouth before they see a number.

Then phase it. Phase one is whatever hurts or will get worse within weeks, phase two saves the teeth that can be saved, phase three replaces what is missing. A patient who cannot commit to the whole figure can commit to phase one today, and a patient who finishes phase one is far more likely to book phase two.

Where there is a real choice, show it: an implant or a three-unit bridge, zirconia or porcelain fused to metal. Put the alternative on the same sheet with its own cost, outside the total, and let the patient tick one. A plan with an option gets compared with itself rather than with the clinic down the road.

Dates and versions

Give the estimate a validity date: thirty days is common for a full plan. When the plan changes halfway, after an X-ray or a tooth that could not be saved, issue version 2 of the same plan number instead of a new plan, so the file shows what was agreed and when.

Save your design

Without saving, your clinic details, design and templates are cleared when the page reloads. Leave your email and they are kept in this browser from now on, and we will show you how they work in a Dentolize account, on every device and attached to patient files.

The design and clinic details are kept in your own browser only. We receive your email and clinic name only: not the logo, not the signature and nothing about any patient.

Questions

Is the dental treatment plan generator free?

Yes, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on plans.

Which tooth numbering does it use?

FDI by default, the two-digit system used across the region. Switch to Universal or Palmer and the chart, every line and the printed plan follow. You can also type teeth straight into a line, including a range such as 13-23.

How are quantities counted?

Work done per tooth, such as fillings, root canals, crowns, bridge units and implants, counts the teeth you picked. Scaling, whitening or a denture counts as one, and you can change any quantity by hand.

Can I offer an implant or a bridge as alternatives?

Yes. Mark a line as an alternative and it prints in its own section with its own cost, outside the total, and the acceptance box asks the patient which option they chose.

Does it handle VAT, insurance and instalments?

Yes. Set the VAT rate once, or turn it off. Enter the estimated insurance share and the plan shows what the patient pays. Take a deposit, then split the balance into equal instalments, one payment per phase, or payments by date.

Is the patient’s chart saved anywhere?

No. The patient’s name, teeth and diagnosis stay in the page while you work and are never sent anywhere. Only your letterhead, prices, saved plans and settings are kept, in this browser, and only if you choose to save.

Can the plan go into the patient file?

In Dentolize it is built there: the plan is drawn on the patient’s own chart, sent as a link the patient approves and signs, and becomes the plan your team works from.

Send the plan, not just print it

In Dentolize a treatment plan is built on the patient’s chart, approved and signed online, and becomes the plan the team works from. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
